| From the moment we first saw this land,
we realized there was an opportunity to create a totally different
living environment; one in which every aspect is designed with respect
for the beauty of the natural landscape. Our dream has been to develop
a community where every home would take advantage of the awe inspiring
views, the incredibly diversified land forms, and yet be able to enjoy
a feeling of privacy and seclusion. |

Obviously this terrain offers
some major challenges. Just putting the utilities underground in an
area that is largely composed of sandstone is a formidable task. But
the results are so spectacular, it makes it all worthwhile.Las Vistas is an opportunity
to live in a magnificent setting that has been unchanged for millions
of years; a place where man’s footprint is small, and nature’s
