At the heart of Las Vistas is a commitment
to leave this incredible landscape as uninterrupted as possible. Through
extensive conservation easements and careful planning, the infrastructure
has been designed to have minimal impact on the land. Each building
envelope is thoughtfully located for privacy and so the surrounding
landscape can be preserved.The land is partially bordered
on two sides by BLM land. There is a large dedicated open space area
and nature trails wander throughout the development. |
